A Wonderful Cosy and Comfortable Restaurant with Stunning views. Great staff too. Just a Fantastic Place To relax and enjoy the Very Good Food plus Views. Very easy to park your Car about 20 Feet away from the Restaurant. They are dog friendly and have indoor and outdoor seating. A Big help for me is that it is also Wheelchair Accessible as well. A great day or evening out for Very Good Food & Beautiful Views of Sailing Boats, Yachts & Luxury Motor Yachts Plus Amazing Wildlife that can be seen from all around. I hope this helps. N.
This is basically a good cafe/restaurant, set in a lovely location, but they really need to be better prepared. I suspect the problem is that with no competition in the area they have got a little complacent. We turned up on the weekend of 21/22 April 2018, where the Saturday was the first warm sunny day of spring, and they were completely caught out by it. Facing a 90 minute wait for food, we decided not to stay, returning instead the following day when it was a lot cooler. We managed to get some food, but the menu had been decimated with less than half of the dishes available. Fortunately we were able to have battered Cod and chips, served with mushy peas and tartare sauce, all of which was really tasty. All this was enjoyed in the open-air with a lovely view over the marina. Would have liked to enjoy an after-dinner coffee, but they did not have decaf, which pretty much summed up the experience. The outside areas are dog-friendly and very beautifully kept. Could be a fantastic place, but can't help feeling the owners don't really care enough to take advantage of the amazing location. The food was nice enough that I would go back is visiting the area again... but I would have a backup plan in case of a long wait.

Lovely pub with nice food. Major selling point in the huge garden area with lots of room to sit eat and drink. You families welcome and they even have chickens to the a look at. A very nice experience and would thoroughly recommend a trip on a nice sunny day!
Stayed here on an overnight for our anniversary & cannot rate it highly enough! In fact, we have treated my sister to a nights stay for their first anniversary as well. The location is fantastic, giving a feel of a remote countryside inn, yet only a 10min drive from Chichester town centre & the beach. As well as a beautiful room to stay in the food and atmosphere in the evening was faultless, the dining room is a perfect size that it creates an intimate feel.
